Execution simplified: getting it right the first time

About Brag Systems — grain storage project execution partner

Abhinav Sharma, Founder of Brag Systems

Brag Systems was founded by Abhinav Sharma, an agricultural engineer and 15-year veteran of Schmidt-Seeger, Bühler GSI and AGCO. His experience spans the full agricultural engineering spectrum — seed processing machines, rice mill equipment, malt plant systems, and large-scale steel silo execution.

The problem he set out to solve wasn't a lack of capital. Clients already had the budget and the vision to build state-of-the-art facilities. What they lacked was a single, unified execution partner who understood the complete system — not just one piece of it.

Today, Brag Systems takes ownership from day one, so your facility gets built smoothly, safely, and correctly on the first attempt.

What we do

Six areas, one accountable team

01

New project consultation

Site feasibility review, layout optimized for grain flow and safety clearances, and technology selection matched to your grain type, throughput, and budget — with one point of contact from day one.

02

Comprehensive plant audits

Structural inspection of shell, roof, anchor bolts and foundation; a material flow audit for intake and discharge bottlenecks; safety compliance checks; and a mechanical audit of drives and conveyors — delivered as a bound written report.

03

Silo erection & integration

Top-down hydraulic erection with no scaffolding required, structural weatherproofing during the erection stage, guaranteed mechanical alignment, and a dedicated on-site supervisor across civil, structural, mechanical and electrical work.

04

Capacity enhancement

Existing silo and conveying infrastructure assessed for upgrade compatibility, new silos integrated into live plants with minimal downtime, and intake/discharge throughput re-engineered to match the enhanced storage volume.

05

Operational training

On-site training on real equipment covering safe silo operation, aeration management, preventive maintenance and emergency response. Each participant receives a laminated maintenance checklist and completion certificate.

06

Annual maintenance contracts

Two scheduled inspection visits a year with written reports, structural and drive checks each cycle, two emergency inspection visits, and an annual performance summary consolidating your plant's full health history.
